The Messy Knot.

Obsessed with having my hair in a knot like this right now paired with a chunky knit and mom jeans plus my white stan smith sneakers. Thats pretty much what I live in at the moment. Comfortable when I work so much both for my company, ShopMika and also helping babe with his. Now, time to book our house for Coachella. Super excited for the festival this year! 

First Coffee.

Good Morning. Best place to get coffee in LA is definitely Blue Bottle in Venice and now they are also opening a shop in West Hollywood close to my house which is awesome. My other favorite coffee spots are Republique and The Commissary on Fairfax as you probably already know. Alfred Coffee is also good but I'm little sick of Stumptown coffee that every place is serving nowadays. Anyway, time for meetings all day. So much to plan for next weeks ShopMika's Holiday party!!  

Drinks with Katten.

My friend Elin is always fun to be around, I don't think I laugh as much with anyone as I do with her. Last weekend we went to see her boyfriend dj in Hollywood. I never go out in Hollywood anymore, it just feels so trashy nowadays. Not as good as it use to be when I moved here 6 years ago and went out to all those clubs 5 times a week haha. Or maybe I'm just too old now, probably. But it's fun to go to clubs once in a while but I prefer sipping on a yummy cocktail with Zack at a hotel lounge, go to events or having dinner with my friends at my favorite restaurants around town. 

Breakfast.

Yummy breakfast earlier at Le Pain by my house on Robertson with Sofia. Now time to go Christmas shopping! I love finding presents for my family back home. I wish I was going home this year though, but I'll see them in Miami in a couple months instead. 

Dinner at AOC.

Dinner the other night with my babe Susanne at AOC. Love their wines and the ambiance at their place is amazing. 

Yesterday we went to an event at H.Lorenzo to check out all their nice (but crazy!) clothes and after we went to our other favorite place Gracias Madre. Right now I am sitting alone at Le Pain Quotidien doing some work and waiting for Sofia to come and drop off her puppy to me. I will be puppy sitting all afternoon and I'm so excited even though I know nothing about dogs haha!

I drove all the way to the Palisades today for a croissant. Well it was suppose to be the best one in town and I totally agree. Perfection.

I love my new gold slides that I found in a little random store on Larchmont last week. I know, it's still summer here in LA. Oy vey! 

Turtlenecks.

We all know this falls biggest trend is the turtleneck and I couldn't be happier since I usually wear turtlenecks every fall/winter anyway. I'm obsessed with it and have been since I was 13 or so. I think it started because I have a red beauty mark on my neck and the turtleneck covered that up when I was younger and insecure about it. But instead of only wearing it because of that it grew to be one of my favorite kind of tops to wear each fall and winter.
